Electronic Waste
- Schedule electronics collection through Republic Services. Carlsbad residents may request this service up to three times per year annually for up to five items each time. To schedule call 760-332-6464.
- Take e-waste to the Palomar Transfer Station at 5960 El Camino Real for drop-off. The hours are:
- Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Saturday – Sunday, 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Household Battery Collection
Single family residents can recycle household batteries by putting them in a clear zipper bag and placing them on top of their recycle cart on their service day.
