- Pickups within 24-48 hours.
- Items of ANY condition picked up
- Item retrieval from anywhere including within residence or a storage unit.
- Disassembly of items that need it (except doors, cabinets, or lighting).
- Pick-up fee reflects the operating costs and is much smaller than a usual moving company or junk hauler fee (fee is not tax deductible, but donated items are).

DROP OFF
- Donations are accepted daily at our drop off locations. Please click “Hours and Locations” below for more information.
- Please do not leave donations at our Donation Centers when they are closed. Thank you!
- We accept most gently used items, however there are certain items we cannot accept including weapons and ammunition; explosives and fireworks; paints; stains and varnish; pesticides and fertilizers; etc.

Large Furniture Accepted
Goodwill accepts large furniture in a reusable or good condition at participating retail stores and donation storefronts. Not all furniture can be accepted, please contact the specific store for more details.
