Hugs and Bags
The mission of Hugs AND Bags is to empower and support people, specifically young women, veterans and people in need while helping to improve self sufficiency with Hugs, Meals, Toiletries and Self worth.
Donations accepted in all forms but the following list is for the more urgent items (keep in mind these articles are provided to men/women/children):
Socks/Shoes
Underwear (all sizes, male & female)
Coats
Shampoo/Conditioner (Travel size okay)
Body Wash/Soap
Combs/Brushes
Toothpaste/toothbrush
Deodorant
Lotion
Sunscreen
Female hygiene products
Backpacks (Adult & Children)
Sweatshirts
Blankets/Sleeping bags/sleeping mats
Diapers (all sizes)
Baby formula & powdered-milk
Clothes for newborns
Rain Coats
Waterproof/Water-resistant clothes & shoes
Tarps & umbrellas
Additional drop-off location for donations:
Hillcrest Farmer’s Market with Divine Madmen Coffee
Sundays between 9am-1pm, ask for Robin
