Backyard Produce Project Donation
Residents of the Poway /Rancho Bernardo / Rancho Penasquitos area are invited to donate extra backyard produce by dropping it off at one of the sites below. All produce is given to low-income families and seniors in our area.
Every Thursday morning — any time before 12:00 noon
…..The front porch at 16617 San Salvador Road in the Seven Oaks area of Rancho Bernardo (92128) (We are unable to accept grapefruit at this site) We are authorized to accept citrus from inside and outside the quarantine zone as along as it is free of leaves and stems.
Every Monday through Friday, 9am – 1:00.
…..The Community Food Connection – 14047 Twin Peaks Road, Poway, behind Trinity Church in Building C. NOTE: At this time, CFC is accepting only citrus from outside the quarantine zone.
