Donation Guidelines:

• Due to a high volume of donations, we may need to close donations early. We recommend you call the store first to make sure we can accept your items. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
• Donations must come pre-sorted and pre-boxed or pre-bagged. (So, if you are donating kitchen items, clothing and books, please place into three separate bags/boxes.)
• We cannot return any bags, boxes or containers dropped off with items.
• Donors must wear masks when they are outside their vehicle to donate items
• Please drop off donations to a resale store team member when the store is open.
• PLEASE DO NOT leave items when the store is closed. If items are left when the store is closed, we will have to discard them into the trash.
• Unfortunately, we are not able to pick up donations.
• We ask that you review our list of items we cannot accept before you pack up your items to drop off.
