HOW WE CONSIGN:
Step 1: Please make sure your items in good condition, clean, and free of stains. Clothing must be freshly laundered. Clothing also needs to be brought in ON HANGERS, FRESHLY CLEANED, PRESSED, AND SMOKE-FREE to be accepted for consignment. Furniture must be free tears or damage.
Step 2: Call to set an appointment to have your items reviewed. Not all items are accepted as we try and only take in items that will sell fast for both the consignees and the store.

OUR CLOTHING SEASONS
Clothing must be in “Next to New” condition, 2 years or newer and IN-SEASON (see below for seasonal details)
Spring, beginning February 20th
short sleeved shirts, capri pants, light dresses, light sweaters, shoes, sandals, prom gowns, and jeans
Summer, beginning April 20th
spaghetti strapped dresses and tops, beach clothing, bathing suits, shorts, shoes,flip flops, sun hats, and jeans
Fall, beginning August 20th
light jackets, long pants, jeans, light sweaters, and shoes
Winter, beginning September 20th
heavy jackets, wool suits, heavy sweaters, jeans, and boots
• Jeans and men’s short sleeved clothing accepted all year long
HOLIDAY ITEMS
accepted November 1
CONSIGNMENT TERMS:
• Consigners receive 40% of the actual sale price after sale.
• Furniture remains under contract until sold, and is subject to price reduction after 90 days.
• Clothing, household items, and jewelry are subject to donation after 60 days.
