Household hazardous waste (old paint, motor oil, cleaning products, etc.)
They hold FREE quarterly HHW drop-off events for Pala residents! Each week-long event starts on the second Monday of January, April, July, and October.
They charge a fee starting at $1.00/item during all other times.

Don’t forget HHW is picked up weekly. Just put it in your red bin and put it curbside with the recycling.

If you want help cleaning up your yard, disposing of old electronics or appliances you no longer want, or those household chemicals you no longer need, feel free to call the transfer station at 760-742-1781.
If you live on the Pala Reservation, we can help you get rid of all of that stuff, for little to no cost.
