Services are reserved for residents of the City of Del Mar, City of Encinitas, City of Escondido, City of Vista, City of Carlsbad, City of Poway, City of San Marcos, City of Solana Beach, and City of Lemon Grove residents.

–Pick up is available by appointment only. List of services by city:
- City of Carlsbad: Free pickup for residents 65+ or have a disability placard. $10 fee for other residents.
- City of Del Mar: Free pickup for residents 65+ or homebound, or for residents who only have Universal Waste or E-waste. $10 fee for other residents.
- City of Encinitas: Free pickup for residents 65+ or have a disability placard, or for residents who only have Universal Waste or E-waste. $10 fee for other residents.
- City of Escondido: Free pickup for residents 65+
- City of Lemon Grove: Free pickup for residents 65+
- City of Poway: Free pickup for residents 65+
- City of San Marcos: Free pickup for residents 65+
- City of Solana Beach: Free pickup for residents 65+. $10 fee for other residents.
- City of Vista: Free pickup for residents 65+
Hours of operation:
-Call Clean Earth Environmental at 1 (800) 714-1195 to schedule a pick-up.
Requirements:
-Leave products in the existing container, if possible.
-Make sure lids are on tight so containers will not leak.
-Containers used for transport must be no larger than a 5 gallon bucket.
-Gasoline needs to be in an approved container, commonly found at auto parts stores, note, containers are not returned.
-Needles/sharps should be contained in a rigid, puncture-resistant, tightly-sealed container including: bleach bottles, liquid detergent bottles, or coffee cans with lids.
-Empty containers can be recycled in your blue bin.
